Valentines Day Craft: How to make Valentines Day Cards!

Hey guys,

It's Grace here, since Angie is busy, I asked her if I could post this and she said yes! So sorry this is late, but here is a craft on how to make Valentines Day Cards! I one each to my friends Isabelle, Kit and Emily! So here we go!

You will need:
  • Coloured paper of any choice I chose white, red, pink and purple
  • Texta's of any colours (I used my Posca paint pens!)
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  • Rubber
  • Washi Tape? (If you want, but I forgot to use it!)
  • Contact Paper of any colour!
Get your paper of any colour, and fold it in half like so.

Get your pencil and draw hearts around about the perfect size for your doll around 3" tall, and 2 1/2" wide.

Get your scissors, and cut out your heart making sure a little bit is not cut, so it opens up like a card, like above. If that doesn't make sense, look at step 2 or the pic above.

Get your contact paper, I chose pink because it went with the Valentines day colours very well!

Draw a heart on the contact paper smaller than the one you have, I traced the big heart on then drew a little heart in it to make sure its smaller than the bigger one!

Cut a square around the heart so its easier to cut, and your contact paper should look like this.

Turn the contact paper to this side, and cut out your heart you drew.

Your heart should look like this, don't remove the backing yet off it!

Peel the backing of the heart and stick it on to the big one like this.

Now you can get your textas, and decorate it however you want. And now you can write your message on the inside of it!

And there you go, you are done! You can make posters, and many cards! Here are all the cards & posters I made above!

Here is me, ready to hand out my Valentines Day Cards, with my toy Olaf Angie got me for Valentine's Day!

What craft would you like Angie to make next? Did you like this craft? I hope you liked this craft, and my friends loved them so much! Well guys that all for now!
